Thirty minutes on where things get stuck today: which orders, which stock, which planning. By the end it is clear whether we can help.

Proof on your own data
Two years of history is enough, we handle the rest. A backtest shows what it would have delivered: the forecast tested on a period from the past. At a wholesaler, nobody has to retype 2 out of 3 order emails any more. If there is nothing to gain, there is no proposal.

Build and measure
The team builds alongside your existing systems, nothing needs replacing. Every two weeks something works, and we measure the return against the starting point.
How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
We respond within 24 hours to emails and contact forms. For an intro call, you receive a same-day proposal for a time to talk.
What does a Data Impact Scan cost?
Nothing. The Data Impact Scan is a 30-minute introduction, no obligation. We discuss where things get stuck today and whether we can help. If there is nothing to gain, there is no proposal.
What types of companies do you work with?
Mostly manufacturing, wholesale and logistics companies with 20 to 250 people, where orders, stock and planning run through an older ERP such as Exact, AFAS, SAP Business One, Dynamics or Odoo, plus Excel and email. Larger companies are welcome. We always start with one concrete case.
What does it ask of our time?
Two years of history, for example orders or sales from the ERP or an Excel file, and one person who looks along or tests now and then. We handle the rest: the build, the integration and going live.
Our data is messy. Is that a problem?
Usually not. We see that in the first step, and we tell you honestly whether the data is good enough to build on.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
We work hybrid. Most projects are executed remotely, with regular on-site sessions for workshops, presentations, and knowledge transfer.
Do we have to buy a new system?
No. What we build runs next to your ERP and planning environment. Your own systems stay in place and we connect to them.
In which languages do you offer services?
We work in Dutch and English. All documentation, reports, and subsidy applications can be delivered in both languages.
