You share company data with us, often before there is a paid engagement. That is why the agreements come first: a signed NDA before the first transfer. This page describes exactly what we ask for, how it is transferred, where it lives and what happens to it afterwards.
We sign a non-disclosure agreement first. Only then do we agree on which data the analysis needs, and that is deliberately little: your historical actuals and your current forecast output over the same period. No system access, no ERP connection, no customer records.
SKUs, locations and product names may be anonymised. It makes no difference to the analysis.
Data moves through an encrypted, secure transfer, never as a loose email attachment. You choose the format; an export from your current system is enough.
Your data lives in a European cloud environment and is processed in line with the GDPR. Access is limited to the people working on your analysis.
The models we build run on your data and for you alone. We never use your data to train models for other clients, and we share nothing with third parties.
You receive the results; we delete your data once the engagement ends, or earlier at your request. If we continue working together, the processing is formalised in a data processing agreement and ownership of data and models stays with you.
