Our team works out the numbers and builds it too.
Stratalytic is a data and AI agency based in Amsterdam. A team of solution architects, data scientists and engineers forecasts demand, connects systems and automates the manual work.

Three places where data pays for itself.
Every solution is built for one company, on its own data, and connected to what already runs, such as Exact, AFAS or an industry package.
- 01
Demand forecasting and planning
Purchasing, stock and capacity based on a forecast tested against your own sales data.
More on forecasting - 02
Automating work
The retyping of orders from email goes away. The team only checks the exceptions.
More on automation - 03
Data foundation and integrations
Systems that talk to each other and one place where the numbers add up. Often the hidden blocker for everything else.
More on the data foundation
One partner from the first calculation to day-to-day support.
The team that works out the opportunities also builds the solution and keeps it running afterwards. There is no handover to another team.
- 01
Advice
We work out where the biggest impact is: which decision can improve, how often it goes wrong today and what a solution delivers, in hours, errors or accuracy. Only then is the decision made to build.
- Who
- Solution architect and data scientist, together with the process owner
- 02
Build
A forecasting model, an automation or a data foundation on your own data. Every two weeks something works that the team can see and test.
- Who
- Data scientists and engineers from the core team
- 03
Support
Monitoring, maintenance and training for the team. The model keeps learning from new data and gets a little better every month.
- Who
- The same team, with one fixed point of contact
For companies that run on orders, stock and planning.
Orders, stock and planning sit in systems that rarely talk to each other. That is where we start.

Manufacturing
From order to work preparation in one line, with a plan that takes the shop floor into account.
Manufacturing
Wholesale and e-commerce
Stock that is right, margin per customer and product, and purchasing that works from a forecast.
Wholesale and e-commerce
Logistics
Trips, loads and invoicing in one flow, and customer integrations without manual work in between.
Logistics and supply chain
Four commitments that always apply.
- 1
The business case comes first
We work out feasibility and return before anything is built. Every proposal comes with an ROI you can check. If there is nothing to gain, there is no proposal.
- 2
Code, model and data stay with the client
During the project we take care of the build, the integration and going live. After delivery you own everything we built.
- 3
The team stays in control
The repetitive manual work goes away, the decisions stay with people. Exceptions go to an employee, and the client's team works with us from the first week.
- 4
Whoever advises, also builds
Plan and build sit with the same people. Whoever worked out the opportunities is also at the table when the system goes live.
This is settled before the work starts.
- 1
NDA first
We sign an NDA before any data is shared.
- 2
EU cloud
Processing takes place in the company's own cloud or in an EU cloud, in line with the GDPR. We never train on third-party data.
- 3
Data processing agreement
If we continue working together, the processing is formalised in a data processing agreement and ownership of data and models stays with you.
- 4
Fixed price
On the right projects we tie our fee to the measured outcome rather than to hours: a fixed price for exploration and build, plus a results component linked to the agreed impact.

First step
Start with a thirty-minute scan.
A solution architect from the team that also builds the solution gives an honest estimate in numbers of what there is to gain. It is a 30-minute introduction, no obligation. A proposal only follows when there is measurable impact to gain.
