Four systems, four versions of the truth, and Excel as the glue.
Your ERP, webshop, CRM and warehouse system each hold a piece of it, and somebody exports and re-keys the rest by hand. We build the integration that removes that job, with the error handling and monitoring that decides whether it still works in a year.

30 minutes, free, with the engineer who builds it.
- Which systems can actually be connected, and which have no usable API
- Where the truth should live when two systems disagree
- A fixed price and a realistic lead time, not a discovery phase

What it costs hangs on two things: how many connections are needed and how cleanly the data comes out of those systems. Answer those two and the range plus the lead time move with them.
What does the integration cost?
Two questions. The range comes straight from the prices on this page.
One-off, fixed price
€ 8.000 - € 12.000
Lead time 1 - 3 weeks.
Then roughly € 200 - € 600 per month for hosting and monitoring.
How does the data get out?
Calculated with the numbers on this page: €5,000-€15,000 for a scoped integration between two systems and 1-3 weeks per integration. The monthly figure is hosting and monitoring at a few hundred euros a month, scaling with the number of integrations. The fixed price comes out of the integration scan.

Sound familiar?
Somebody exports and re-keys every morning
An hour a day of copying between systems is a quarter of an FTE a year, plus the typos nobody notices until a customer calls. It is the cheapest work to automate and the most often postponed.
The Zapier flow broke and nobody saw it
Point-and-click tools are fine until a field changes or an API rate-limits. Without retries and alerting, an integration fails silently and you find out from the damage, not from a notification.
The vendor quoted nine months and a project team
You asked for one connection between two systems. What came back was a platform migration. There is a middle road between a Zap and a full ERP implementation, and it is usually a few weeks of work.
Rather talk it through right away?
No account manager and no discovery phase invoice. In 30 minutes we map which systems have to talk and you hear what is possible, what it costs, and when an existing connector would be the cheaper answer.

How it works, without risk on your side
1. Integration scan, 30 minutes
We go through which systems need to talk, in which direction, and how fresh the data has to be. You get a straight answer on what is technically possible with the APIs those systems actually expose.
2. Fixed price, then build
One connection, scoped and priced upfront. Built with error handling, retries and a log you can read, so a failed run is visible and repeatable instead of invisible.
3. Live, with monitoring
It runs in your own cloud, with alerting when something stalls. You own the code, so you are not renting the connection between your own systems from anyone.
Why not Zapier or your software vendor?
| Zapier / Make | Software vendor | Stratalytic | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fits your process | Only standard steps | If it is on the roadmap | Built around your process |
| When it fails | Silently, per task | Support ticket | Retries plus alerting |
| Cost over time | Per task, grows with volume | Licence plus change requests | One-off, then hosting only |
| Ownership | Vendor platform | Vendor platform | You own the code |

What does an integration cost?
A scoped integration between two systems typically runs €5,000-€15,000 at a fixed price, depending on how many entities move, in which direction, and how well the APIs behave. You get the number before anything is built, and if an existing connector does the job we will tell you that instead.
Our system has no API. Now what?
Then we look at what it does have: a database we can read, a scheduled export, a file drop, sometimes a supported plug-in. Those are all workable. The one case where we advise against it is a system that only allows screen-scraping, because that breaks with every update and the maintenance eats the saving.
Which systems do you connect?
In practice: ERP such as Exact, AFAS, Business Central and Odoo, webshops on Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento, CRMs like HubSpot and Pipedrive, warehouse and transport systems, and anything with a REST or SOAP API. The stack matters less than whether the data can get out cleanly.
What happens when a system changes its API?
The integration logs and alerts, so you hear it from the monitor rather than from a customer. Small breaking changes are usually a short fix; we can keep that on a maintenance arrangement or hand it to your own developer, since you own the code either way.
Can this be a step toward AI or dashboards?
That is usually the real reason to start. A model or a dashboard is only as good as the data reaching it, and most AI projects stall on plumbing that was never built. Getting the connection right first makes the next step cheap instead of impossible.
