Orders arrive by email. And then someone retypes them.
Stratalytic builds custom AI document processing that puts orders, CMRs and invoices from email and PDF straight into your TMS or ERP. Running in your own cloud, owned by you. Your team only checks the exceptions.
What does retyping cost you?
Slide to your own volume. Calculated at €32/hour all-in.

Not ready for a call? Start with the guide.
Free PDF: what manual retyping really costs per year, how custom AI processes orders, CMRs and invoices without templates, and how to test it on your own documents before spending anything.
Rather talk it through? The calendar is right below: 30 minutes, free, with the solution architect who also builds the work.
Talk to the solution architect.
No sales team. In 30 minutes we map your document streams and I'll tell you honestly whether automation pays off for your volumes. If it doesn't, you'll hear exactly that.
Measured at these companies

Sound familiar?
The admin who did this is leaving, and there is no replacement
Administrative staff is among the hardest roles to fill in logistics. Every departure makes the retyping pile more fragile.
A big customer wants EDI, or faster order confirmation
A full EDI project per partner is expensive and slow. AI processing reads their emails and PDFs as-is, no project on their side needed.
One typo on a CMR and the insurer rejects the claim
A wrongly copied seal number or licence plate can void a claim. Automated extraction validates against your master data.
How it works, without risk on your side
A 30-minute call, with the builder
You talk to the person who builds the model. We map your document streams and tell you honestly whether automation pays off. If it doesn't, you'll hear that too.
Free feasibility study on your real documents
We test the AI on a sample of your actual orders, CMRs or invoices and report the achievable automation rate and the saving in euros. Before you invest anything.
Built in 2-4 weeks, fixed price, you own it
Model, review screen and the TMS/ERP integration, at an agreed fixed price. It runs in your cloud and the code is yours.
Why not a SaaS tool or EDI?
| SaaS tool | EDI | Custom AI | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Works with deviating formats | Fails outside the template | Only for connected partners | Model understands content |
| Project needed per customer | Template per sender | EDI project per partner | None, reads email/PDF as-is |
| Where your data lives | Third-party platform | Own systems | Your own cloud |
| Ownership | Subscription, lock-in | Per-connection costs | You own code and model |
Before you book
What does it cost?
The exact price follows from the free feasibility study and depends on your document types and the TMS/ERP integration. A price-per-document model is also possible, so you only pay for what the system actually processes. For comparison: one administrative employee retyping documents costs €45,000-55,000 per year.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
The model attaches a confidence score to every field. Doubtful cases go to a review screen where your own team approves or corrects them in seconds. You start at 70-80% straight-through processing and grow towards 90%+, with fewer errors than manual retyping.
Do we need to replace our TMS or ERP?
No. The AI layer sits next to your existing systems and delivers data through the interfaces your TMS or ERP already has. Nothing to migrate.
Our orders all look different. Does this still work?
That is exactly the point. Unlike classic OCR, custom AI needs no template per customer: the model understands content regardless of format. The free feasibility study tests this on a sample of your real documents, so you have the answer in writing before spending anything.
Who maintains this later?
You own the code and the model, documentation included. It runs in your own cloud and there is no mandatory subscription. Ongoing support is available, but you are never locked in.
