Mijn Digitale Zaak, €2,500 Subsidy for Your First Digitalization Step

Mijn Digitale Zaak is an initiative by MKB-Nederland, INretail, KVK and RVO, commissioned by the Ministry of Economic Affairs. The process has three simple steps: (1) fill in a scan to receive personalized advice, (2) get matched with suitable providers, and (3) apply for the subsidy at RVO.

The scheme covers 50% of costs up to €2,500. It is also available for freelancers (ZZP). Any KVK-registered entrepreneur with fewer than 50 employees and less than €10M turnover can apply.

Mijn Digitale Zaak is available to all companies registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK). Your company must have fewer than 50 employees (FTE) and an annual turnover of less than €10 million. These criteria ensure the subsidy specifically targets small and medium-sized enterprises that benefit most from a first digitalization step.

Since the recent expansion of the scheme, sole proprietors and freelancers (ZZP'ers) can also apply. This makes Mijn Digitale Zaak the most inclusive digitalization subsidy in the Netherlands, from one-person businesses to companies with dozens of employees.
